WHO CAN JOIN

We invite any individual or company interested in hazardous materials management to join.

Types of Membership – There are three types of individual memberships:

• Certified Member: Any CHMM shall be eligible to become a Certified Member of the Chapter. To qualify for the grade of Certified Member, a person shall have achieved certification as a hazardous materials manager at any level, as defined by the Institute of Hazardous Materials Management.
• Affiliate Member: A person with an interest in the field of hazardous materials management who does not meet the definition of a Certified Member may be an Affiliate Member.
• Student Member: A Student Member is a full-time student at an accredited college or technical institution who is pursuing a degree in a discipline or field which may be directly applicable to hazardous materials management. A student member may not vote or hold office.
